KAWSCO Hosts Customer Engagement Forum for Karuri & Thimbigua Zones

On 26th February 2026, Karuri Water and Sanitation Company Ltd (KAWSCO) held a Customer Engagement Meeting for residents of the Karuri and Thimbigua Zones at Karuri High School, bringing together customers, company representatives, and a representative from the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB). The forum provided an open platform to clarify billing processes, tariff classifications, new connection procedures, and ongoing technical improvements within the water distribution network. Customers raised concerns on billing, water supply interruptions, and response times to reported leakages, which were addressed by management, who reaffirmed the company’s commitment to transparency, improved service delivery, and continued stakeholder engagement.
