KAWSCO Honours Top-Performing Staff of 2025
Staff from across KAWSCO's schemes and departments gathered to celebrate a year of strong performance and service to Kiambaa Constituency.
KAWSCO's 2026 Staff Awards & Recognition ceremony brought together staff, management, and the Board of Directors for an afternoon celebrating the people behind the company's service delivery. Different Schemes, Departments, and dozens of individual contributions were honoured on the day - capped by the recognition of the Managing Director for his leadership through the years, and the presentation of the Employee of the Year award to Margret Mutanda of Ruaka Scheme.
